Result T3- .77 nmol/L T4- 136.83 nmol/L Tsh- 1.23 ulU/ml What does it mean?

My mother has had hypothyroidism since last 30 years and she was under medication of 100mcg 1 tablet of eltroxin (thyroxine sodium) till 2 years. She is now 75 years.Someone told her to reduce the dose to 50mcg or stop medication since she was old. She continued having 1/2 tablet of 50mcg or 1 tablet of 50 mcg. Now she has severe hypothyroid sympt

Fasting BSL is 132 and PP BSL is 174. Is it too high. Or can be consider as diabetes

Sir Before my doctor give me mixtard 30/70 And metformin 500 and the unit is in mrning 20 unit and night 10 unit bt in 10 unit sugar lavel is same 179-200 in fasting but in morning i m taking 20 unit then my blood sugar goes down like 50-40 and i am feeling weak etc so plwase tell me sir what can i do and sir glyness 500 and metformin 500 is same or diffrent Thanks
