Sir, i have been prescribed with cyblex 80mg during my last visit. Previously was prescribed cyblex m 80. Which one should i continue? Looking for ur advise.

I am facing abdominal pain on the left side whenever I hd something lyk oily food. I was consulting with a dr hr had given me a 5 days medicine but once this medicine got over I am facing with itching problem over my body . Please suggest me some remedy how to reduce or taking care of polycystic overean disease. I more thing is itching is the result of some medicine infection...?? Please suggest something good... My wife's sugar generally ragens between 85 to 120. However, yesterday evening the sugar level, surprisingly and shockingly, showed 385. We checked again after 1 hour it was 366. 382 aftet 4 hours. Then 359 at 3 in the morning. At present it is 339. It is just not coming down. I am a little scared on this. Kindly advise.
