Sir, my height has not increased since I turned 16. I m now 21 years old. How can I increase my height 2-3 inches

Can pilonidal sinus be treated with Homeopathy? I have a recurring sinus which comes back every 3 months.

Dr.2 month back when i was appearing for my final exam I found severe pain on my neck as well as heel after 2 to 3 days it pains alot but after taking pain killers its completely gone then after that it occurs again then I went to an orthopaedic he cosult me to do a HLA B27 test and it was positive.So doctor im only 20 year old suggest me someway.

Suffering from arthritis since long...orrhopedic doctors advice to go for TKR surgery...bt I dont want to have surgery..I heard that Homeopathy treatment is effective in arthritis...let me know
