I am a 25 year old female working Architect. I was diagnosed with Vertigo few months back and took allopathic treatment for the same. My condition improved after taking the medicines but after that I have started experiencing giddiness on an on-and-off basis daily and have a shaky feeling inside my body specially in the mornings. I wake up feeling very shaky from inside.This makes me anxious everyday as I don't know what exactly is happening to me. Is it some kind of vitamin or mineral deficiency?
