I have been suffering from pain in left arm shoulder hand. Heart tests like ecg and tmt are norml. What should I do?

My son age 10 yrs suffering from itp since Jan 16. He is on helopathy medicine from last 1 and half year. He was first treated with iv ig then steroids but all the medicine are temporarily results. Want to try homeopathy. Please suggest

Daughter aged 9 months has been suffering from fever . For two months, she has been taking medicines & two antibiotics . But she hasn't recovered from it, after continuous medication , she gets well but again suffers after 3/4 days. Now, she is under high fever gas nt recovered from it. Two Teeth on lower jaw have grown. People say, fever is due to teething. While doctor has advised us to go for blood test. Whether she should go for Homeo medicines?
