I was suffering from cough last December after some treatment it was not reduced in April I joined yoga it was decreased but it suffering me from 4 months

Fingers nerve do not work properly they do not feel and legs fingers do not work and feel any thing can toch they do not feel

I've been taking meds for uric acid but if i leave it increases again. I do not have any gout or joint pain but have frequent headaches. Is this related to uric acid? Is there any solution in homeopathy? I am also hypothyroidic.
