Acne appeared 4 months still not cured ,pain occur and also pus formation ..I also taken medicine 2months ago but acne is not cure

I'm facing a small swelling after passing Stool in the anus. I have Constipation most of the times, it happens with hard stool most of times, it actually pains untill I push it back inside, but it still comes swelling after a very minutes.

I was on dydrogesterone tablet 2 times a day from last 20 days as i had blood spotting a month ago and got admitted in hospital...from last 3 days i am having vomiting 2 to 3 times a day or else i cannot eat food.i feel i am tearing my esophagus while vomiting..I had my NT SCAN today and everything was completely fine.Today when I vomitted in the afternoon i saw my vomit was black in colour..this has been for one time till now...

I have HSV 1 under control .. But i can't eat L-Arginine food items such as peanuts, pumpkin seeds etc... Because I know they trigger the virus in the body or nerve.. If I take homeopathy treatment... Can i be able to eat these foods like before in large portions without causing any outbreaks? Please be very honest cos I don't want just treatment or good results if u take homeopathy treatment ....I want complete cure or get rid of this virus completely forever from my body???
