Thank you for reaching out to us. I understand the discomfort you are experiencing due to the fish bone stuck in your throat. While homeopathy can help alleviate symptoms and promote healing, it is important to first ensure that the situation does not pose a risk of injury or infection. Here are some suggestions for your current issue: Homeopathic Medicine : You can try Silicea 30 or Hepar Sulph 30 , as these remedies are known to help in cases of foreign objects causing irritation. Take 3-4 pills of the chosen remedy, twice a day for two days. Warm Salt Water Gargle : Gargling with warm salt water may help soothe the throat and dislodge the bone naturally. Olive Oil or Ghee : Swallowing a small amount of olive oil or ghee may help lubricate the throat and assist in loosening the bone. Monitor Symptoms : If you experience difficulty breathing, severe pain, swelling, or any signs of infection, seek immediate medical attention. Take care, and feel free to reach out if you have further questions. Wishing you a speedy recovery, Dr. Ashraf Madina Unicare Homeopathy

Removal of the bone is important. But sometimes you may feel the pain even when the thorn has been removed because of the injury it has caused. Please take Hepar Sulphur 200 , five drops in a spoon of water , four hourly for a week.Let me know after using this.
Next Steps
Warm salty gargle may also relieve the pain.
