I have had a thyroid problem for 2 years now.Was on medication using" thyronorm tabs".My thyroid keeps fluctuating, as I have seen symptoms for both hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism .What should I do to cure it permanently?I have been doing pranayam almost everyday.Now during walks I don't sweat my metabolism is not going good, and I feel fatigue too.
