Hii..doctor I'm 19 yr old my height is 164 cm ..i want to increase my..height. .what should i do...can my height still increase .. My friend say that after 18 height does not increase ..it is also real doctor that..when you got beared your height not increases. Please that after you going beard on your face your height still increase?

Can "avina sativa Q" (prescribed by doctor) can be taken at the same time with allopathic medicine ( attached )....???  .
