Homoeopathic treatment can effectively help you with your problem. Such problems requires few months regular treatment to overcome from this problem completly. Take high fiber diet. Increase your water intake. Avoid taking oily ,spicy and junk food , non veg etc.For the time being you can start with homoeopathic medicine sulphur 30-5 pills three times daily for 2 days.
