I am little confused Few doctors adviced me not to trim public hair but some others told me to trim public hair!! Similarly some Doctor's told me to use soap on scrotum but others suggested not to use soap. So please tell me what's are the foods to avoid while having SCROTUM itching. Also what are the things triggering this skin infection ?

Respected Doctor's I don't know whether I'm asking this question in correct forrum.
