I have been having a persistent sinus issues. Ent asked me to do an IgE test and the reading was 495. He says its an allergy issue as my CBc and vit b12 was normal. All other tests like thyroid and blood sugar etc are also normal. I have constant sore throats and weakness. Can homeopathy give me relief? Please advise

I have cervical radiculopathy left side problem. i have this problem since last 3-4 years. there came a time around 2 yrs back when I was not able to move my neck properly. after that i had physiotherapy and thereafter I got some relief. at that time i was on allopathy primarily pain killers.. after that time whenever office work increases and computer work is much I am seeing pain coming back.. pain happens in neck and then radiates till left eye and causes headache too. this causes lot of discomfort. FYI since last one month I am taking a) morning once 4 drops of Lycopodium Clavatum 200CH b) 4 drops twice daily of Nux Vomica 30CH . i have seen improvement in my stomach related issues as i was having stomach gas acidity feeling of bloating and acid reflux problem.
