Can this fistula be treated with homeopathy , I thing this is not high fistula, I feel much problem in winter

I am taking thyroidinum 1m weekely two drops for hypothyroidisum from 3 months but the condition still remains same there are no significant changes occur in thyroid level pls tell how many doses can I take of hypothyroidinum 1 m (1000 ch) and how i.e. empty stomach or at any time. thanks
