Can Urethral stricture be cured with homeopathy medication. ? Did anyone got successfully treated ? i have stricture near pee hole (meatus). Please explain in detail.

Hi, I was suffering from post typhoid weakness for which my homeopathy doctor gave some pills. That worked well for me. I have gas problem and sleep issues. Doctor asked me to take 25 drops morning and 25 in the night. I don't have any issues with pills but whenever I am taking this drops, I feel drowsy, tensed. Not sure which medicine he has given. Feel like fever when I take this drops but no temperature recorded. Why is this happening.. Apart from this drops, I am using avena tonic two tea spoons for day and two tea spoons night. Please suggest
