Hello Doctor. Looking for recommendation for severe neck pain. I checked with a doctor and he is like the symptoms are of early spondylitis. Becoz of bad posture. I  ve started doing the neck exercises. But still pain and unease persists. I have so much unease in the neck and pointed pain in the sides of the neck.its very uneasy after I drive car even for less than half n hour. It's troubling me in my activities.
