Want to consult for dermoid cyst. Need consultancy with Homeopathic doctor. Whether this is curable or not.

Recently been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and had to take Combiflam as painkiller but only in the extreme conditions. I was recommended to take SBL Arnica Montana 30 by my family doctor in another city. Kindly suggest if I should proceed with Arnica for pain as it is worsening with every passing day. If yes, how long should I monitor if the this medicine is working. Also, the dosage please?
