Hello doctor, My mother is 63 yr old diabetic for 12 yrs and had digestion issues for a long years.. earlier gerd was suspected and she was on ppi.. since two yrs she started having muscle loss but not much of weight.. Then we took a CT scan with contrast which had the following impressions: completely atrophic pancreas with fatty replacement of the pancreatic parenchyma.Dilated pancreatic duct(7mm) with large chunky calculi within the duct in the neck/ head/uncinate region. Blood tests like glucose,CBC, creatinine,lipid and liver function are normal. Endoscopy impression: Lax og junction CA-19.9 test - 18 Attached are her MRCp reports. The doctor advised for surgery as the stones were big and might become risky later, right now she doesn't have any pain. kindly advice if it's possible to cure without surgery. Kindly advice the treatment plan??

I am suffering from hemorrhoids for past 8 months. Initially it was only external piles. But a month back I was diagnosed with internal piles too. The left side of the anus has swollen largely and there's lots of pain. After 2 weeks of homeopathic treatment(medications are still continuing) I found that the upper skin has started peeling off and little blood and sticky pus is being discharged from that part. It is painful too. Can I apply Nebasulf powder on the affected area to heal and dry the wound. Kindly advise.

Hi Sir/Madam I am not sure whether it's due to summer and body heat. For the last 10 days, I feel some sort of burning sensation on my penis while waking up in the morning and it lasts until I pass urine. After passing urine, it's normal. Sometimes, I feel urgency to urinate but it ends with only a few drops. Can you please help me with your answer.
