I sometimes have burning pain like for few secs in the upper thigh region at specific point. Specially during nights, it is also followed by numbness in that region. Is there any specific reson for this? Is it due to weight gain?

Hello doctors, I am suffering from Acontractile Bladder(Idiopathic) from last 9 months.Video Urodynamics also showed that my bladder neck is not opening during voiding. I also have lower back pain and leg pain from 1 year. My symptoms are Difficulty in starting Urination, Straining, Hesitancy, Poor flow, Start and Stop Urination, Frequency(15-40 times per day), Delayed Urination by 30 min(sometimes). I have to apply a lot of pressure to urinate. Currently performing self catheterization daily. My symptoms are worsening day by day.  Cannot depend on CISC 6 times/day for the rest of my life.
