I'm having low platelates count in my 3rd trimester and it's decreasing every week right now it's 78k and. Before pregnancy it was 136k

4 year girl  is having vitiligo from last  year.we started homeopathy treatment. She has patch on shoulder and on one eye .Her shoulder patch is gone but new patches developing near eye and orginal patch on eye  is increasing. Is it temporary increase ?

My kid got fever from Wednesday evening. Every 6 hrs her temperature raises. We are giving her ibugesic plus. As it raises to 100, she gets fits. My question is can we give homeopathy pills, if her fever continues the next day. Will pills reduce her fever? If so within how many hours? Because if it doesn't reduce quickly she gets fits.
