I have got reoccurring Bartholin abscess and i am taking hepar sulphur 30 .. 1 tab every 3 hours .. still no relief ... in extreme pain because of the size of abscess

My mother (47 year ) survive in uterine Fibroid since 2-3 years . She suffers Heavy clot bleeding and pain , her body can not tolerate it . She becomes very weak , after that she is diagnosed with stage 1 hepatomegaly.. previously she ate allopathy given by her doctor ( drotin , fe f2 tab , utilus 5 , pause mf ) but result was temporary. Then she decided to go through the homeopathic medicine. So , she ate homeopathy medicine given by her doctor ( trillium pendulum Q ) , nothing change although she suffers urine problem, chest pain , weakness and hot flash ... In her Last USG report - 13/03/2025 Seen two fibroid .. 1 ) Fibroid size - 55.3 mm × 26.9 mm (anterior wall) 2) fibroid size - 32.7 mm × 26.3 mm (posterior wall) Uterus size - 110mm × 65mm × 76mm How to cure this completely ? Have Any medicine to cure it ? Kindly help .

Good day Doct, I have been feeling moderate pain during sexual intercourse since about last 1.5 years. While I get fully erect I feel pain in my penis, I also have a sharp curve in the downward direction. There has been slight curve since adulthood but it seems increasing rapidly in the last 2 years. It is now about 40 deg exactly in the mid length causing difficulties during an intercourse. I also feel a pricking pain inside radiating to the glans intermittently during an erect phase of the penis mostly during the morning hours, with swollen nerves which is painful to touches. I also feel that it is taking longer than usual to ejaculate / reach climax. This has been very distressful for me in the recent times and I am worried a lot as I am unable to have sex or able to do masturbation. My 2.5 years son is not talking as usual of his age. He speaks very few words but understands most of our conversations.
