Which is the best homeopathy medicine to heal duodenal ulcers in homeopathy?is there any medicine that can replace PPI and also lead to improved bowel movement which Will ultimately heal ulcers ?if so what is the dosage and name  of the same ?

Can a right Hydrosalpinx be cured in homeopathy and if so then how long can it take? Is it recurring? I had endometriosis earlier however the last 2 USG confirmed it is back to normal. I have pelvic pain and spotting throughout the month.
