Tight foreskin
I can retract fully it when not erect, but when erect, it becomes difficult to retract fully. If I try, it does retract but can see a ring-like formation. Rarely, experience mild pain or irritation around the skin opening.

This is mild phimosis.
If there is no severe pain, infection, or urinary problem.
Retraction is possible when flaccid. There is no need of treatment.
Only
1. Gentle Stretching: After a warm bath, slowly pull foreskin back (20–30 sec, 2–3 times/day).
2. Warm Compress: Apply 5–10 min before stretching to relax skin.
3. Natural Oils: Coconut, olive, or vitamin E oil to lubricate and improve elasticity.
4. Hygiene: Clean under foreskin daily with warm water; avoid harsh soaps.
5. Avoid Irritation: No tight clothing or forceful retraction.
If your symptoms don’t improve despite these measures, consult a doctor.
Tightness causes pain during erection or intimacy.
