Found a painful (while touching) swallow in back side of head, very small like injury (but not injured) , 1-1.5 cm, circular. Occipital area. I am worried, recently no others symptoms except pain.

Physostigma 30 is better or physostigma q is better which gives better results in eyes complaint plz tell me.

My mother has been diagnosed with Dorsal midfoot interosseous compression syndrome due to which she feels a lot of pain , heaviness and tingling along the top of the foot especially on wearing footwear like flats and there is no balance in both feet when walking on tiles . Sir , I have an inflamation of right epididymis both head and tail (Epididymitist)(Observe by Usg of scrotum),a small cyst find on the head of the right epididymis(mild pain continiously) (observe by physical cheakup )and  bladder Neck Obstruction   (observe from uroflowmetric test where max flow rate of urin 13 ml/s,avarage flow rate of urin 8 ml/s ) ,doctor advised to cystoscopy for confirmation of bladder neck obstruction ...
