What is the best way of taking Hypericum 200. Should 4 drops be taken directly on tongue or be taken with quarter cup water. Which is more effective. Please advise.

Hi , I have been suffering migrane headaches like for ever from 10-15yrs now. Never took specific treatment as simple crocin or dolo650 would give relief to me always. Recently after delivering my 2nd child 10months back it started getting dizzy and spinning sensation with no or little headache later. And I have gastritis problem too. Couldn't hold my baby or stand one day and went to ENT doc. She prescribed Vertigo treatment for 9days. My question is can i get Homeopathy treatment for the same?
