I am recovering from covid and it's been around 2 months since I tested negative. I have rhinitis and allergy in which due to temp. difference I start sneezing with runny nose and finally breathlessness starts and I have to take inhaler. Hello, I've been suffering from depersonalization disorder from last 2 years after a massive panic attack. I've not faced any panic attack after that but from that day I am suffering from depersonalization. I feel like i am out of my body, my thoughts are racing, feels like there is nothing real around me. Foggy vision all the time and unable to focus on any fast moving objects.
