I have been suffering from IBS diaherrea from a long time. Have frequent urge to go toilet to pass stools. Specially after taking first meal in the morning. Stool color is dark brown or sometimes turnish black with mucous. Mucous do always comes out with stool. I have lactose intolerance since last 1-2 years. And can't able to digest meat like chicken or mutton. Eating any milk product and meat causing indigestion and gas and urge to go toilet after some time. Please suggest what to take in medication.

I am diabetes, but sugar level is under control with medication HbA1c 6.5. It has been observed since last around two months at bedtime at nights I am facing frequent urination problems, minimum 5 to 6 times urine at night time. Pl. Suggest proper medicine to over come this. 🙏

Sometimes at night when I eat chicken or egg, I get severe acidity at night during sleep. I wake up on the verge of vomitting. But I have never vomitted. My mouth becomes sour along with my teeth. Sometimes I take China 200. Any medicines that can be taken?

Shaking hand while eating drinking. I have to keep minimum gap between my mouth and plate. Otherwise the food may fall down from spoon. Writing has become very poor. Unable to sign easily. Problem since 4-5 years. Feel more sweaty, constipation, otherwise fit. Age 73. No walking problem.

My period are always normal on time ..after vaccination on 10june I got periods on 11june ans today is 24july ... period has not came 13days delay in period has happened..can vaccination delay my period..I also had corona and took vaccination with in 1.5month of recovery.im not pragnant neither any thyroid issues
