I am suffering from a disease called insomnia can i  use passiflora incarnata homeopathy medicine for insomnia

Sir I have knee joint pain since 5 year I had taken many treatment but not get result so I want to take treatments in homeopathy

Today I've taken scan large left inguinal scrotal hernia omentum as content likely reduced incarcerated any treatment in homeopathy I fear surgery ???

Dr, I have take surgery for polyps in 2016. For about 3 years it was ok but after 2019 again facing issue of nose block. In morning and night time nose block is more. Do I need to go for polyp surgery again or can it be cured with homeopathy medicine.

Dear sir/Madam I was corona positive in Nov 2020. At that time I had little bit of symptoms of diarrhea also. After I tested negative for corona New problem started of anus itching which is ongoing till date. It is more when I take spicy food. My homeopathic treatment is going on 20 to 30% it is cured but still not feeling too good . I am not able to understand what is the problem. There is anus itching and burning after passing stool. My mother has problem of hypertension and lack of sleep at night. I was suggested by a doctor to take 40 drops of passiflora incarnata 3 times/day. I see this medicine has alcohol in it, so wanted to check if this can have any adverse effect on liver of the patient ?
