I am facing leakage of tiny urine drop after completion of urine. I have done USG which shows 24 CC Prostate, I have consulted Allopathic doctor and he said it's normal and prescribed some medicines but it didn't feel any result after 2 months, Is there any treatment for this Problem in homeopathy?

My daughter 7yr old was diagnosed with enlarged Adenoid 1 and half yr back doctor was prescribed nasal spray for 3 month after that she was compltly fine for one yr no snoring mouth breathing even allergic rhinitis was also improved. She was getting fever once a month but after spray she got fever only once in a yr but all of a sudden since june this yr again she got snoring allergic rhinitis again spray started but still no improvment this time. Is there any homeopathy treatment for that. I dont know my this time spray didn't work

I need help on immediate basis... Hello doctors, I have been having some strange pains towards the base of the right skull, where the head meets the neck (or diagonally behind the right ear at the hollow point along the neck, pictures attached). Also there is a slight throbbing below my wisdom tooth at the right lower jaw. I have had OTC pain relief meds but they have given me temporary relief, for example no pain all morning but a lot of pain by the evening. I have used ice packs and moov cream but that is also temporary relief. There is no blurry vision or fever etc. So can you suggest what I can do or what medicine I can take? I am attaching pictures here to show the location and directions of the pain which kind of shoots towards the head at times. Please help 🙏
