Homeopathy and allopathic medicine cN be taken together? I have taken both long time around 2years any issues can arise

Is there a permanent solution available through homeopathy for ocd? I have been dealing with absolutely trash and unexplainable irrational thoughts of tons of patterns over last 20 years.I know its disorder and try to ignore but just cant be comfortable or being myself the way I want which is interfering with my daily work now.                            So can I go on homeopathy treatment alongside and parallely with allopathy which am taking now for more than 12 years because Relapses still keep occuring.                                     Also will Homeopathy provide a permanent solution to Ocd in the long run of say minimum 5 years?

I just asked question about giving aconite 30 to kid to prevent from cold. My kid is not suffering from cold or anyother ailment.im asking can i give so that he doesnt get cold?
