I am having my one side of nostril always blocked. I can sleep well but get tired always. Does homeopathy really have cure for it? I have read comments like some people saying after taking 3 months homeo medicine it hasn't cured like that. Is it incurable in homeo?

I have multiple numbers of lipomas in my body. They started appearing 10 years ago. I have consulted multiple homeopathy doctors and have taken many medicines too. Still they are available in my body and now getting more in recent days as I have stopped taking medicines. I am totally frustrated. Day by day I am feeling bad to see my body.
