My grandmother aged 83 is suffering from retinal holes ( Grade 3) in both eyes. Doctors have suggested virectomy. She is having pain in eyes and unable to open eyes in bright light.
She is also having chronic kidney disease, diabetes, hypertension, COPD, hypothyroidism and chronic heart failure.
Please suggest a constitutional remedy for her to avoid surgery.

It's sad to see olders suffering.
Most of the time, a macular hole happens because of changes in your eye as you get older.
As you age, the vitreous (the clear gel-like fluid that fills your eye and gives it a round shape) shrinks and pulls away from the retina. This is called vitreous detachment, and it happens to everyone as they get older.
In some people, the vitreous is attached more firmly to the macula and it pulls on the macula as it detaches. This pulling and stretching of the retina can cause a macular hole
But in your case ur grandma is also suffering from diabetes, copd, HT and CHF
In such cases it is hard to get a proper consultation processur
