Itching in groin area from since 3 years not cure after taken so many medicines in allopathy and homeopathy medicines like sepia 200 and bacillium 200 again and again the problem occurs after some days???

Hi Doctors, I am taking homeopathy medicine for synovitis. My doctor told me not to use camphor and coffee. I wanted a balm to apply during headache or cold. They suggested Allenanjan balm and said it's safe to use. When I checked the composition it has camphor. Can I use this balm? If not any other thing I can use to apply on head during cold and headache or neck pain? Thanks in advance!
