Need suggestion and what treatment is required for this test, pls suggest me i am worried by seeing ll blockages but doctor is suggesting to go with medicines after seeing so many blockages

I had covid on April 2021 don't know because of post covid affect or not now I feel breathing problems after running or after talking loudly sometimes I fell my heart rate increasing.along with that now I am facing acidity problem also Now I am tensed please suggest me some test which indicates heart problems

My grandmother had a bypass surgery in 2014. And a month ago, she had all the checkups and found out she had low sodium level. After taking the medication suggested by the doctors. Sond medicines didn't suited her and has not recovered And now she's having symptoms like "heart jitter", "gas", "saas pholna"( but not exactly having difficulty in breathing), "headache", "pain in legs", "tiredness" ,"lack of activity", "ringing in ear". She faces these symptoms almost everyday Please tell us what can we do now And please suggest what can we do for self treatment too

I have left side chest pain during April 2020 and still it happen with me and and also left side stomach pain and body pain

I'm a 29 year old male and I consistently have a pulse pressure of 50-60 mmHg and a resting pulse of 50-60. I've had an ECG done some months ago which was fine. My blood pressure is in the normal range (typically around 129/70). Do I still have to be concerned or are these values in the normal range for my age?
