Hi doctor I'm lakshman , I had heart pain on first day then the Next day severe left upper abdominal pain.I took ECG no variations and scanned stomach no problem detected yet I'm getting light chest pain now and then special at nights some times shoulder blade pains for minutes occur. should I do x ray of Chest? Please help me out 🙏🙏

Hi doctor i am male of 27 age, i smoke from last 3 years 10-12 cigarettes a day, Drink daily 5-6 pegs, 6months ago i underwent general whole body checkup found my GGT is 107, SGPT 65, LDL high TG was also high, I saw cardiac surgeon he suggested Hscrp test which was 6, Lp(a) which was 160, Then he did ECG which came normal and Stress ECHO on treadmil which was normal this happened 6 months back, Now from Past 2-3 days i am feeling a pressure in chest centre and pain in back shoulder blade Pain raidate from chest to stomach and right to left, CHest is having burning constant, I am very anxious and panic, Is this heart issue? As i feel sudden balance problem and light headedness along with shortness of breath, Please suggest Do i need to repeat ECG? As my father and grand father too had CABG Done.

My sister , 35 years old , has low bp 55 ...hb 9.2, hct 29.4 , mcv 67.6 , mch 21, rdw-cv 17.9, neutrophils 7. 56,79.8%...liver , kidney , typhoid tests are normal .. she is feeling headache and dizziness , sometimes fever..what is this ? One doctor diagnosed her for Anaemia.. Is it a correct diagnosis ?

I have gone to a cardiologist and I did echo, ecg, blood test, tmr, chest x ray, doctor said my heart is fine and cholesterol is little high, he gave cholesterol tablets. When i climb stairs i get pain in left side of chest. I got all test done for example- ECG, Echo, TMT as well as CT angio. All normal. In CT it was diagnosed no blockage but deep myocardial bridges. But still I get pain when I climb stairs but my cardiologist tells it's not angina and not heart disease. Tell me suggestion.

Hlo. I want u to have a look at my holter results. It's old report though but I haven't really got clarity about it from my doctor ever. My first issue is with the RR interval.. maximum rr interval is 3.8 which shud be less than 2 n cud > 2 mean pause.. now doctor didn't attach strip of that time Moreover when this happened I didn't have any symptom. Infact I was texting my brother exactly 1 minute ago...another thing is the longest run of beats Rest I don't have any blackouts or other symptoms... I am 32 male,student, I have hypertension. I am on Cardace Meto 2.5 and Ecosprine AV 75. Whenever i sleep late(after 3 am to 5 am), when I wake up i feel slight pain in chest, back, left arm. Sometimes even dizziness. But when I check blood pressure its always upto 140/80. ECG is normal. BSL is normal. I have even done 2D echo and took a TMT stress tests and both are normal. My cholesterol levels are normal. It doesn't even feel like acidity. I am very annoyed with this occurrence which has no solution. When I sleep well, I don't feel any of this. What do I do?
