Can u check this ecg plz... Subtle symptoms like minor chest discomfort, acidity since 2 days

I am having a dull pain in the left side of the chest. The pain is present almost all the time since about 2 years, but it is very dull most of the days. Occasionally the pain becomes more and then becomes dull again after some days. Since last 2-3 days, the pain has increased again. It is present even while lying down. It increases when laughing or coughing. ECG taken a year ago showed partial RBBB. My bp is approximately 90/80 most of the time since past year. I am having mucus in my throat since past 2-3 days and spo2 drops to 90 occasionally. I am covid negative. Is the pain is more likely to be related to the heart or more likely related to lungs or related to bones in the rib cage or muscles or some gas? I am confused. Kindly help out. Thank you.

Hello I am suffering from covid today no extraordinary symptoms milder one just body pain headacheild fever 100.6 one thing is worrying me my pulse rate is high like 120-130 constantly with o2 saturation 98-99percent but my heart is beating rapidly and strongly I can feel it what should I do

Doctor gave medicine to lower cholestrol Tablet name - jupiros A 75 once daily after dinner. Is this enough to lower a value of LDL of 149 And total cholesterol 210?? Please help

I have been having palpitations from 4 months when I lie down. I had Bp, thyroid, ecg and echo done which were normal. Only ecg showed sinus tachycardia. I had covi 10 month back. What should I do next.

I want to know what is the validity of echo test. I am having slight chest pain and left hand pain and palpitations from september'21. I did echo in September and 3 days holter test in October. Should the tests need to be repeated??? Previous reports are attached. Are reports normal??? Should these tests to be done again???

Hello, Since less than 1 year especially when corona was spreaded i felt some fears and suddenly i became sad and feel i will die till now i have this fear... After a while i had some panic attacks each day my heart was beating so fast and my BP waw 13/9. I went to a doctor my ecg and eco was normal and after a while i went again to doctor and he put.me a holter for 24 H and it was normal too. All bood test were good to. So he told me that your heart is good the issue seems that you are too stress and he prescribed concor cor 1.25mg for 1 month... my question here is is a concor.a treatment ? Or after a quit the concor 1.25mg  the palpitation will.come back ? Do you think it.cames from.too much stess ? Whats your recommendation?

I just measured my grandmother's bp, I have attached the results. Normally her bp remains high but today it was really high. She takes her medicines regularly but still her bp is high. Is there any problem? Few days ago her sister died I think because of her loss she is little stressed that's why her bp is high. Still I thought to asking a doctor will be good.

From yesterday onwards i have a mild chest pain on left side and today it increased and burning in nature on left breastbone and nearby areas , sometimes pierced pain  , so now I took one ecg , any problems related to heart Ecg attached ?
