So my father had covid 11 days back and 2 days later i fell sick. I had fever for 2 days now i have no fever and no symptoms for the last 5 days. Can i start moderate work out now. I feel stiff. My heart health and all is fine i did echo and ecg few months back due to heart anxiety. So can i start mild workout or do i wait for few more days?

Mild chest discomfort or an unpleasant feeling in chest. Having palpitations while lying down. Visited physician and advised to consult a cardiologist based on attached ECG. Blood pressure is 120/90. Cilacar 10mg twice daily taking since last 2 months. Looking forward to kind suggestions. TSH is 7.4 , Thyroxine dose revised to 37.5 from 25 mcg today.

Sir / Madam . I have High BP, i took medicine regularly, my BP level 150-160 to 105. Sir pls help me how to reduced normal level, it will raise sometimes. Now i took Telmikind AM and Telmikind (Morning and Night).

Recently I go for echo it show grade 1 disystolic dysfunction ... Should I consult a cardiologist or it's normal

From yesterday night I'm feeling like paining in my left chest and my left hand palm is paining while rotating  and I'm feeling tired and feeling like my stomach is empty and went for washroom (slightly felt)I'm IT professional I will be working for night shift and food habits are not able to have my breakfast at right time Now what shall I do please suggest

My triglyceride and cholestrol level so high 245 and 280 , but after taking prescribed medicine ROZUCOR 10 mg , I am feeling very cold feet and body aches and nueropathy , All test are normal H1bac 4.9 Bs 94 Tsh normal After stopping medicine my problem has subside , what other medicine can i take to reduce cholestrol

Does one need blood thinner if they are under medication of statin?? My father cholestrol levels are LDL - 149 Total cholestrol - 210 Triglycerides - 124 Hdl - 39 I went for 2 consultations .. one recommended juprios A tablet and another one suggested Lipikind 10. What should I do ?? Please explain

What could be other reasons for left chest pain daily since 10 months if 20  ecg, 2d echo, one month back done TMT is normal, high sensitt troph normal, chest x ray normal, rbs normal, cbc normal,cunsulted cardiologist 3 times he says non cardiac problem but still pain in left chest, left hand, upper left back... Iam worry sir fear of heart attack ::what other tests should i do? Next which docter I cunsulted?? :
