Since last 4 months I have been feeling some sensation in my heart, can't explain it but It feels something like when coming down on a roller coaster. A sense of fear. It happens atleast twice a day. Initially I thought it was due to cough, as the problem started after riding on bike for a couple of times last December. But it's summer and yet I have this problem. Kindly suggest, Is this a matter of concern for me? Is it related to my heart or my lungs?

I have attached my father's TMT report below. Post this report doctor prescribed Kimet xl 25 in addition to prior prescribed Rosuvas cv 10, Telzy ch 20.
