Hi Doctors My total cholesterol is 197 LDL -124 HDL -38 Triglycerides -252 VLDL - 50.4 Should I need to take medicines or can I control it by food and physical activity Please suggest the way

In regular check up attached ecg, slight anxious while on machine. No other issue dr said ok but need to get expert opinion

From recent days my blood pressure is getting abnormal I have hypertension from 10 years I usually check my blood pressure weekly twice i observed that my diastole pressure  is increasing where my systolic pressure is normal Some of my Blood pressure readings 118/90 119/93 114/95 116/96 occasionally i get head ache no other symptoms please any one suggest reason for it

Suddenly stomach becomes bloated and due to that pain in the chest and when he walks blood pressure becomes very high

I am an hypertension patient taking nebicard 5,due to heaviness in head I was prescribed protal f which is propanol beta blocker but due to nebicard later it was not advised by neuro psychiatrist instead he asked me to take magrium(which I have attached in below picture),is it safe to take magrium along with these medicine? Nebicard(5) 1-0-0 Melanew(3)  0-0-1 Magrium 1-0-1 (i haven't started)

I feel pulsating in my left foot palm when i am sitting and laying down keeping one leg over another...what is the reason..is it normal?

Can you check my ECG and if there is any problemI had some outside food in evening pain just below chest in centre started and remained for half an hour after that it settled.

My mothers lvef shows 40-45% in echo but in recent Cardiac Mri it shows 25% which is unbelievable as she has no serious symptoms like shortness of breathe swelling in legs or stomach she can do all the things without even catching a breathe so can this mean there can be a error in cmri??
