There is pain in left hand left upper back and shoulder and sometime small cramp in chest(centre) this pain is not all day it come and go away..when i walk for sometime or when i get drive the this pain will occure..or sometime i sit for study it occure from last 4 5 months..ecg is normal...

I am 20, I am experiencing sudden increase in heart beat everyday. This starts when I feel back pain on october 2021 and I visited to doctor, he gave medicine of back pain and checked bp it was too high 150/120, he given me injection and told me to take bp medicine, but I didn't feel any increase in heart beat, no head spinning, body shaking before visiting doctor for back pain. After 2 months when I didn't get any solution. I changed doctor he told me that anxiety is the problem, but after taking anxiety medicine, my head starts spinning, my heart beat increased suddenly everyday, my body shakes every time, but again I didn't get any result. Thats why I am asking for solution here, will I get it? Dear Sir/Madam, I having daily tiredness in the morning after 30 min after peeing. I can't climb stairs. Feeling shaky and tired if try to climb forcefully. Heart rate increases. This happens only in first half. After lunch I am ok. I need to take multivitamin daily then only I am able to do my regular work. So managing this way. Tests done for vit D, B.12, CBC, thyroid, testosterone, cholesterol levels. All reports are normal. Visited various neurologist, gen physicians. Not able to figure out the reason. Kindly suggest suitable test and treatment.

Hi, I am facing pain might be in pactorial minor muscle due to Gym exercise. Facing inflamation or sensation while movement in chest and having pain while having food and pain in back shoulder (scapulae retractor) as well. I would like to know which specialisation doctor do i need to visit like cardiologist or phisiotheraphist or some other doctor. Could you please suggest me.

For last 2.5 months I am having pain in my left chest. I have undergone 7 ecgs and 2 2d echo all are normal with tachycardia, but still having pain and sometimes it gets severe. I am suffering from hiatal hernia as of now. What could be the reason behind this pain doc?

I am on anti anxiety medicine since a year now. Currently taking ciplar la 20 and beta anxit 20. I get tightness in head around my medicine time of day , it gets better when I take the medicine. Also i feel same tightness in head and slight breathlessness after pooping. This pooping thing doesn't happens every time, if pooping is of urgent type or if i go to poop frequently like in gap of a hour (specially in morning time). Some days it gets very bad that even it takes 4-5 hours to calm the body. Is it normal with anxiety disorder or my medicine is not enough for my condition??? I did check my heart rate on mobile app like mine and most of the time in lying state it was around 75-80 and sometimes rarely one or two times a day if i move around or wakes up after day sleep it goes Max upto 100. My ECG told sinus tachycardia and echo is normal.

I am feeling ache in left hand and feel numbness sometimes since 10 months. Had done ecg, tmt, and echo in September last year, all were normal at that time.
