Hi,
I usually get minute 5-10 min pain in left chest around heart and get unable to run for long time and I think I am a heart patient. Can you please how can I confirm that I am actually suffering with this disease at this small age.

I don't know what triggers it but it just happens. For 2-3 months I have exceptionally high pulse rate (like 110+ and it doesn't go away even when I lie down on my bed) and for a few days later, normal. And this keeps on repeating. I drink 2L water daily and don't exercise as well.

Got lipid profile tested.
LDL Cholesterol is 113.8 and HDL Cholesterol is 40.6.... Both according to the reports is alarming. Want to avoid medications. Kindly suggest remedies to get cholesterol in control
