Palpitation
I don't know what triggers it but it just happens. For 2-3 months I have exceptionally high pulse rate (like 110+ and it doesn't go away even when I lie down on my bed) and for a few days later, normal. And this keeps on repeating. I drink 2L water daily and don't exercise as well.

Hi palpitations are not always pathological... It is seen in anxious state , stressed condition, anaemia , thyroid disorders, cardiac issues... Look for aggravating factors and consult physician if severe...
