My father today experienced syncope 15-20 minutes after having tea as brkfst.on examination the BP was found to b lower than the previous, skin was cold clammy and profused sweating was seen.I suspect it to b quite a serious condition as he has long standing hypertension and very high cholesterol 240 units.

BP not in control. Med prscribed nebicard 2.5mg consumed everyday aftr breakfast. Other problems include headache, shoulder pain, swelling in fingers and face, nausea. increased the dosage to 5mg

A diabetic patient. She had undergone skin grafting on her left leg 2 years . For the past one month there is continuous oozing of water from her left leg.
