Today I was having my dinner and suddenly I felt mild pain in my left hand side of chest...Then I got panic attack and it's not easy for me to talk then for precautions I have taken disprin tab. And I have visited nearby hospital they told me my bp 130/80 and normal ecg.

Your pain may appear to be atypical but still this is incomplete evaluation.
R u a smoker or have history of having heart trouble at early age in family need to be seen.
Age no more criteria for possibility heart attack. Secondly normal ECG does not rule out heart attack.
Please visit your doctor and get complete cardiac evaluation done. See where u stand on risk factors scale.

Hello, all chest pain are not heart attack. In gastritis person gets pain in the epigastric region. Pain due to muscle spasm can also mimic like Myocardial infarction. You are still 29. Normal ecg rules out heart problem . You must have to reduce your weight . Don't get panic . Anxity ,stress ,tension also increases heart rate .
