My father today experienced syncope 15-20 minutes after having tea as brkfst.on examination the BP was found to b lower than the previous, skin was cold clammy and profused sweating was seen.I suspect it to b quite a serious condition as he has long standing hypertension and very high cholesterol 240 units.

Please take him to hospital as early as possible. Get complete cardiac and NEURO evaluation done.
