Heart Problems & Remedies

I've been experience heart pain last 3 days and i have been suffering from insomnia for the last 20 years and medicine and currently taking Revotril .5 mg tablets

I have been having the neck pain, back pain on the upper side, pain in the elbow, near the collar bone on the left side from last 5 days. Very minor pain. Is it something related to heart? I am 28. No other health issue Please suggest

He has heart  prob. of i.e. reversion,his heart does not work properly,and has breathing prob Doctors suggest me to see him to pediatric,surgery but due to some delay he is no more I want to ask after surgery will he fully recover,is surgery 100% solution to him pls,give me proper suggestion becuase I blame myself for his death.
