Heart Problems & Remedies

Sir, my father(61 yr old) had heart attack yesterday at 6 am, currently he is more like good but still having chest pain and given oxygen today (which removed now), as per doctor, pain will go away after some rest and wants him be in observation for another 1 day. Actually my father is in Bihar Darbhanga (I believe very less medical facilities avil there , also doctors are not that good). Pls. suggest if we look for another options?

My father (60years) got diagnosed week back with heart failure reduced ejection fraction class_ III, absolute iron deficiency, dilated cardiac myopathy, moderate LV DYSFUNCTION, type 2 diabetes mellitus, hypertension. Now he is on treatment with valsartan,torsemide,carvedilol,atorvastatin with clopidogrel,neurokind,insulin. Please suggest me any other treatment if needed.

I am consulting on behalf of my friend his mother she's admitted to JJ hospital has done angiography a few days ago and have 5 blockages, they did angioplasty today for 3 blockages and will the other 2 will do after few days they had, in fact, suggested bypass but refused to need the second opinion

On monday I smoked marijuana for the first time and I took like 6pulls and my body felt weird.I got nauseous,my heart was beating really,dry mouth,and I was panicking about dying.Now it's Wednesday all those symptoms Is gone except rapid heartbeat

I have taken an echocardiography test yesterday it wasn't painful at all. But today I feel some pain inside the left side of my chest and i feel my heart beats strongly when i lie down Are they usual after echo?

I work night shift and have lot of acidity problem. My stomach bloats and I burp a lot. I also passes gas a lot. I feel suffocated and breathless. I don't know bt nwdays my water consumption is vry less. Hardly 2 ltrs. I feel breathless and my left hand and leg gets numb most of d time. I'm really worried that I have heart problem or is it acidity issue. sometimes i feel like me havin an heart attack...pls let me know wht to do
