40 year old male having constant bp of 90-95/140-145 got some tests done, want to know my health report card

My father who is 56 years old , is having 4 blockage in heart. Doctors have advised him for CABG. Blockages are having 99%,70%,70% and 4th one is having 60% . 5

While going on steps or doing work contunuesly 15 minutes my heart beat is high. And that time breathing also not taking properly

My dad has a problem of block in a arteries he has put one stent for a major block and a small one also in a branch that doesn't done anything as per the advice of Dr. Dr advice that patient required only medical management. Dr administerd Metlor XR 25, Amlodac 5 mg, Cloplet 75, Atorvastitin , Renax 500, Glycenom these are the medicines. Still when he walks briskly he felt agiana. Dr told us continue with medicine we will look into it. My ? Is is these medicines are safe for a aged 74 patient.

Discharged from hosp. with the above diagnosis on 30/08/2011. Clinical Findings: AFEBRILE, P - 102/Min, BP - 150/90 NNGG, RR - 27/Min, WT - 58 KG. Have cheat pain in centre of chest, this happened some months back too, for arnd 20 days, had ecg done then, but it was normal and doctor thought it could be related to gastric issue. It is not continuously paining, sometimes i feel it at the the centre of my chest without doing any physical activity, or sometimes during some movement of my arm. It started 2 days back. Frequency is less and pain intensity is also not too strong. Want to know what should I do about this, is this normal?

My father is 61 years old.He has high blood pressure. That's why he takes medicine. Recently he checked his blood pressure. It was 90 and 126. But his blood pressure was higher in right arm than left one and the difference is 10. So i just want to know that why this difference happens?

I am having pain in my left arm , neck and shoulder since last 2 month. Some times i am allright but all of sudden the pain occurs. I have done my ECG also but the reports are normal. I have not got and enquiry also why this pain is happing. I am nervous about my healt issues.
