I have been feels heart beats increases some times at night when go to bed and after eating

Hi doctor, I felt pain on the both side of the breast instant for 8-10mins and it was pinching. I was unable to breathe properly. I happened and I took long breath and then it stopped. But again a minute level on the parts were observed. And then it occurred next day on the right side.I took pain killer and it relieved me. Please help.

I've been experiencing slight headache, stiffness of muscle around the neck with pain, facial pain, and tiredness quite often. Iniatially, I started with amchek 5mg then amlong 5 and now on omlesar 10 alongwith nebicard 2.5mg. For the past few weeks I stopped taking the medicines and then yesterday my bp was as high as 190/138. So, I started taking omlesar only again from yesterday but my bp is still high at 180/104. Please advise me.

My father is 61 years old and a sugar patient last week he reported pain in chest after Viral , we ignored and from the he had been reporting a light pain in chest, today we got his ECG and got to know its abnormal then again we get this done from somewhere else and the result is same. I'm attaching both reports with this and request to have a look and suggest if it was a heart attack and an enterography is needed asap. Thanks

I have a history of having SVT and take Tenormin 50 mg but usually only take half of this unless I'm having an episode of SVT. I also have Moderate MVP with my mitral valve leaking and triscupid valve leaking too and ejection fraction is 60 %. I will just be sitting and all of a sudden over to the left of my chest I can feel it do a run of about 15 beats altogether and then feel it go back to normal. I will hold my breath and can feel each beat and wonder if it's v tach, atrial flutter or a fib.
