I woke up in morning, just after waking up i felt heaviness for two-three seconds and it is usual for me to have left hand a bit numb in morning. I went for ecg which is attached. Since morning i am feeling movements in chest. Have some gas issues too, but this is making me frightened a lot. I have done echo tmt in may and was normal. But what to do of this thing, very anxious

I observed whenever I sleep on. back , I feel mid chest pain , suddenly I wake up but not feeling any weekness, but mid chest pain when going to sleep, In Feb month I did  preventive check up , my tmt , eco ,ECG , troponin test , TSH , sugar was quite normal, but lipids are high

Hello respected doctor. Im heart blocked patient taking regular medicine like aspirin, atorva 80, dytor plus, gtn sorbitrate 2.6, hftril 50 & nikoran 20 for 4 month & im very much good & fine. From yesterday my stool colour is creamy white & its like fat. My stool is not normal in colour. I poop 3 times yesterday & 3 times today. 2 days ago I ate half paratha. My health is fine & normal.
