Can ecg detect chest pain I got 9 months back..if I had any unknown heart diseases like angina,or other conditions

Dear madam/sir, I would like to know whether heart is functioning well or not.what are the symptoms that can be seen when heart is somewhat weak?. I feel some light uneasy in left side when I slept for few hours on  left side .please help me out. Thank you in adv.

Hello Doctor, my mother 75 years old weight approx 50 kg is taking BP medicine Amlong 5 mg for last 5 years. Whenever we take her to Doc, her bp reading are in range and Doctor says us to continue the Amlong 5 mg. However for some times, she feels like her veins are shrinking and her veins get disappear for a while. Is it related to BP medication or something else. Please advise I should consult which Doctor in this regard or what is the cause of it.
