In time interval of 5 to 10hr chest pain occur for 5 to 10 minutes sometimes left side some time right side is this effect of covid

Hi doctor my age is 29 years I got covid on April 19 had fvr for almost 12 days first 4 days its above 100 after that its below 100. now it came to normal From the day 1 of infection my pulse is always high during fever it is 120 above now also it is 85 to 100 should I need to use any blood thinner my d dimer, crp, ferritin, troponin are normal cbc is normal but hb is 9.4 and wbc 2900

Hello, when I go to bath my heart rate increase up to 180bmp after 5 minute it reduce to 150-160 BMP at this time oxygen level is 96 around. After 10 minute it go to 120bpm , now at normal sitting position it is at 105-110bpm after 30 minute of bath. Oxygen level is 96. When I go to urine, it also increase around 130bpm. When I stand up after lunch it increase. When I push sofa, heart beat increase. Is it something I should worry ?💐 I seated on chart daily 8hour due to computer activity. I don't have any physical activity. My weight is 55 and height is 5.5 and age is 30.

My Dad underwent Angioplasty (1 stent) in June 2020. He is on medication thereafter - Brilinta Ticagrelor 90mg, Betaloc Metoprolol Tartrate 25mg, Spironolactone 25mg, Aspirin 75mg, Atorvastatin 40mg and Telmisartan 20mg.
