I have occasionally stabbing pain near my left breast and chest pain and heaviness. Sometimes my heartbeats go faster. I feel anxious.

I'm having an abnormal pulse rate (115-130 per minute). I used an oxymeter for this and the results are sad. Is this due to some underlying diseases??

I was getting mild chest pain so doctor in online advised sobitrate 5mg I took that I am having severe headache and nausea is it normal or do I need to rush to hospital?

Im 66,diabetic with pacemaker implant n byepass surgery. I took covishield on 22 april since then fever,dr advised rtpcr on 29 april which came positive .Took medicines,felt fine, no fever on 6 n 7 may.fever again came on 8may 99-99.5 n had to eat 2 pcm 500 everyday.crp on 6 may was 0.38.fever which has come back is panicking me.help.

Since yesterday night I am feeling palpitations- my heart beating too hard against chest and weird heaviness in chest... my heart rate is perfectly normal- 70-90 but still feeling dizzy n unwell.. I had an ecg 20 days ago which was perfectly fine... my echo was also fine done 3 month ago.. Am I just overthinking about heart beat? I take metaprol xl 25 mg for fast heart rate but yesterday missed the dose... cud it be coz of that?

Dear Sir/Mam I was covid positive on 4th April CT value of (rtpcr) 16. Isolated at home and treated the symptoms. In last 2 weeks, I had 4 instances during night where I had little to no sleep, often woke up gasping for Air. I am taking BP medications and known history of anxiety, but it didn't affected me since last 1 year. Took restyl .25 and it helps me sleep. SP02 is always between 96-98, BP is also in accepted range. Today I have fever low grade 99.5 , sour throat, but no coughing. Do I need to retest for Corona. Also shall I take ecosprin 75 which I didn't take earlier. Please suggest
