Hi, some more information is needed. Why did you do a D dimer? Did you have covid recently? What day of your illness is it? Also is this the only value or you did few other tests? If yes, then is the D dimer in decreasing trend?
For covid scenario also this D dimer is not very elevated. In covid blood thinners are advised only if D dimer is elevated more than twice the upper limit or there are other risk factors like severe illness which had required ICU stay, limited mobility and so on.
